1)Soda but I gave that up because it is bad for you not really so I could lose weight...it was making me sick 2)fries (but I still have them once in a while) 3)fast food 4)Candy 5)Sweets I have all of the above every once in a while except for Soda and Fast Food. I don't deprive myself or I will go on a binge. lol!

I absolutely love my Victoria Secret yoga pants...they are my favorite...comfortable but fashionable as well. If I had the money it is the only thing I would work out in because I would buy drawers full of them. When they are washing I usually just wear soffe shorts and a tank top.

I am in the regular over weight range. But I am going to eat about 250 back and leave the other half...I think it's a good compromise.

Hilarious! But I don't make him wait that long especially if I come home to a clean house or even washed dishes...He works 7 on/7 off so he has 7 days he can make the house pretty. lol! I try to once every week at least....it's what I have read that men need to feel like a man.

^^^THIS I increased by about 4 lbs but it is coming down now that my body has adjusted. :) It works and your body feels so much better!

I wanted to elope and my family wanted a wedding so I went half/half and rented a beach house and had a small wedding on the beach. It cost me about 1,000 but nowhere near the 25,000 it was going to cost. It was still beautiful and I have gorgeous pictures because of it. I'm so glad I changed my mind.

Well I just got back from the beach and I'm trying to get back on track and I will start tonight I promise but for lunch I am having a huge steak salad with ranch dressing and probably some chips and salsa...it's a place called Silvertron and it is sooo good. :)

We tried for a little bit and then decided God was telling us it was not time so I have decided to try to get to a healthy BMI and then try again. I had stopped ovulating so I know that I wasn't healthy...Now that I have lost a little bit and I am eating healthy I have started to ovulate again...I know it's so weird. lol!

I am terrible...I weigh myself in the morning and at night to see the fluctuations and see what makes the scale go crazy. I like to know that I am on the right track...I only weigh in on Saturday mornings at 10 though. :)

I have the Body Media Core as well but I haven't used it in a while because I have lost it. :( It does work though! Like another one said, it encouraged me to take a few extra steps here and there so I would meet my activity goal for the day. I recommend it!

BUMP! I most always go over mine with fruit...I'm still thinking as long as it is natural sugars it can't be THAT bad for you....because it is either a choice between going over on sodium or going over on sugar.
