I my experience exercise apps/devices ofter over-estimate the calories burned. I found that my Garmin device becomes much more accurate if I use my hart-rate monitor with it, cutting the calories burned by half!

I'm seriously considering custom. I have been loosing weight faster than my goal. To me that means that my base calorie consumption is higher that MFP suggests. I'm not very interested in turbo fast weight loss, more in getting a sustainable lower weight than now. I did get a banner that now when I have lost weight so fast…

Add me if you like. I am a vegetarian but eat eggs and cheese. I do fell better since I became a vegetarian 7 years ago. I not as much over-weight as I used to and surprisingly I also feel that that training is giving better effect on my muscles contrary to common belief.

I don't run a lot. My basic training is bicycling where I am better. My best running mile is just below 9 minutes.

Another veggie here (eat eggs and cheese though). I'm doing a lot of bicycling but want to get in shape for a very mountainous event next year. Planning on losing about 10kg.
