I'd suggest not focusing so much on the calories, but where are those calories coming from. Each of us is so different and we really need to find what works for us. I like the 40/40/20 rule..... 40% from carbs, 40% from lean protein, and 20% from fat. You might also find it easier to make sure you are eating 5-6 times a…

I have some friends who burn up to 550 calories doing an hour of Bodypump so I'd go ahead and put it as circuit training. 419 sounds pretty accurate. WTG!!!
