Ha good thing I opted for XT. By the way, great review! I'm really liking it but also doing my own thing. This program is really core intensive from what I've experienced which is perfect. The videos are not as 'clean' as P90X but some of the moves (considering there isn't weights used) are like P90X on steriods. lol…

Well as much as they annoyed me, I did decide on TapouT XT. I'll go through the dvds once and decide how I should put it together that will work the best for me. Going through so many Beachbody programs this shouldn't be an issue. Thanks for the suggestions Sean and your insight.

I totally agree with Diane about the protein. Also decrease your carbs but not too low that you feel fatigued. Along with weights weights weights! You'll get smaller even if the scale doesn't show it. Feel free to add me. 44 and LOVING this journey!

Before you go to bed, drink casein. It's a slow processing protein and really should be drank late in the day. Also, if you are trying to lose the weight change your macros to place protein higher and lower carbs until you get close.

I use ISOFUEL 100. Low calories, zero carbs, 24 g of protein per scoop. The cookies and cream and gourmet chocolate are delicious.

Ok I am just as guilty. 10 days into this and gained 2 pounds. So I decided to take out my tape measure and yep I gained two pounds but overall lost 2 inches. I'm going to give up the scale for a while and just go by measurements if I have to check myself. If you're feeling better you know you're doing something right.
