Agreed. Great review. I own the flex and agree if you set it up logically. However, one needs to do the following to reduce sensitivity. Wear on the non dominant wrist and have it set in the app to dominant. If anything, I am below steps taken now as I see on my phone as I move when I tested. Hope this helps.

50 pounds from people in the office. Probably because I traded in my fat clothes for my skinny clothes. I was like DUH, where have you been. lol

I'm just short of 46, am 5'7" and weigh 129. Around 20 I was 115. We all carry weight differently but if you make your goal to 'look' and be healthy you'll be fine. Bone structure is another thing to consider and I'm very small. You just may find once you achieve your goal that you want another. Example, mine was to be…

I totally agree with the Chalean Extreme. You only need a couple of hand weights plus she does a great job mixing in cardio. You can also look into Cathe's XTrain.

Great job! Keep it up!

You will get more stamina if you just do the same thing over and over and also burn fewer calories in addition to seeing less gains being made in your body. So, if you are not setting out to be a runner (C25K is only 3 days per week) or a cyclist etc, change it up and keep your body guessing.

This is dead on! I will be 46, am 5'7" and sit around 129 pounds with 18.2% bodyfat. Milk? Lose the milk too unless it's almond milk etc.. I eat between 1500 and 1700 per day, lift weights, run, etc. so I'm very active. If that helps. Please remember that the closer you get to your goals the harder it is to achieve them.…

I'm just short of 46, 5'7" and average 129. Happy there, wearing a size 4, and doing some recomp now to add muscle and drop my BF even more (currently 18.2%)

Sure do. Makes for a nice quick lunch. Broken up and tossed with some salsa, add some spinach and put on P28 or a bread of your choice. YUM!

Keep your head up. All is not lost. Posting will help you stay the course. You need to ask yourself how badly do you want it. Find a program you LOVE to do and do what you can. As you get better at it, I promise you'll get more excited. Also, diet. Not to diet but what you put into your body. That is 80+% of this. I will…

Many of us do workouts back to back. If time permits do one in the morning and one in the evening to keep your metabolism running faster. If lifting weights, lift first then cardio.

Your dedication really shows! Awesome job!

Never cleaning and only walking if it's at a brisk pace using handweights on an incline and I mean steep.. However those of you that do log it are you deducting what you would normally would be burning if you weren't doing these things? If you did that you will find that what you are really burning is minimal. Is your HR…
