I agree but I do believe we are all really busy with life. There are times I work 70 hours a week, still workout and manage my home plus comment on others profiles. I do not expect back but for me personally that wasn't my point. It's more the fact I do not have a lot of time to sit on the PC reading and commenting on so…

I delete as well and agree this is NOT facebook. We are here to support each other and give suggestions etc... Not a one way street. I give and encourage as it should be. Not just me me me....ROFL

Wolfchild is correct. It is before. I did some reading on that and rather than put raw meat on my scale I use a pre-weighed plate and deduct it. But no it isn't going to make that much of a difference if you are eating clean (chicken etc) foods.

My reply is with a question: Why not? Don't be in a hurry. It will happen when you aren't expecting it. (yes, I'm single, 45 and LOVING IT) Better to be single and happy then married and unhappy. I can attest to both.

Close, I'm 45, 5'7" weight 130 and 13.5% bodyfat.

Agreed! This is such a great post! You all look amazing!!!!

You have got to feel great! Fantastic!!!

I'm 5'7" and hit my goal of 130 a few weeks ago. What I've discovered is the scale is just a number. Yes we want to get there but have you built muscle which of course weighs more than fat? I am actually the same size I was at 120 and that's what people guess I weigh. Just something to keep in mind on your journey. Good…

I gained 65 pounds with my daughter 19 years ago at the age of 26. Other than a bit of loose skin below my belly button and very light stretch marks I can say yes it does go but it needs to be worked at by eating clean and exercise. You'll be just fine!

Wow you look great! Keep up the wonderful job you're doing!
-
Just fantastic! You should be so proud!!!

3 foods my dogs love are The Honest Kitchens Embark (freeze dried), Orijen and Innova. You can also try to add plain yogurt or salt free pumpkin from the can to your current food. Good luck!

You are doing great!!!! Keep up the good work!

That is awesome! Nice healthy slow weight loss! Keep up the great work!

Anytime you start a new training program there is a possibility to gain a bit of weight. It's only temporary. You should start losing again in a week or so.
-
Congrats to all of you who have found your way one day at a time. You're very strong and should be proud!
-
Congrats! You have much to be proud of!

7 days a week for the past 11 months. Been also doing doubles and triples in a day. BUT if you just worked 24 hours you NEED to rest your body. Working out will do it more harm then good.

FT60 Picked it for it's options and option to use with strength training.

Just amazing! You should be so proud of what you've accomplished!

Have you played the videos for each? TapouT kills my core but thats really all I feel it so I use it strictly as a cardio series and add it into the Body Beast (for strength) and Les Mills pump (for endurance). If you didn't like P90X, I doubt you'd like P90. To me sounds like you'd benefit more from Rushfit. From what I…

Sean you are dead on again! Power 90 is a perfect place to start for someone who is overweight and just getting back into fitness. This is something that should be eased into. I also think Chalean Extreme is another great starter program. The ability to use lighter weights and modify the moves as needed keep this program…

I eat P28 Bread. It has very high protein (made with whey) and lower carbs. Tastes fantastic too!
