I can relate to that, Phoenix! Had it happen a handful of times. First time I panicked and tried to hold it down. Ever since then, I just continue to walk confidently and let things blow!

Very easy. I take two Tums (or generic equivalent) a day, per my Doctor. I also take 2,000 IU of VitD with it, but I had my level checked at my Dr.'s with a blood test first, to make sure I needed it. The two Tums only have 10 calories. :smile:

Congratulations on your weight loss! I understand how you feel about giving up the 'oversized' feel of clothing. When I first started loosing, I wore my clothes til they fell off, and I HAD to buy smaller sizes. It does take some getting used to. That is when I realized that really loose clothing was not the best motivator…
