I am switching to these- Keebler Mini Club Crackers. Look up the nutritional value with the food entry tool on MFP. The best thing about it is that one serving contains 17 crackers! Easy to count out and not go over. It's worth it for my cravings for the carb & calorie count. I can easily fit them in!

I recently added Chia Seeds to my diet. I mix one teaspoon in my daily yogurt, then let it sit for 20 minutes. It gives me a very full feeling that lasts all day.

I just added chia seeds to my diet, just a teaspoon in my morning yogurt every day. They make me feel so full that I have to remind myself to eat for the sake of nutrition. I've been eating them for about two weeks, so I may become adjusted.

Very curious- is it the weight loss Dr. that prescribed to you the med that is known to cause diabetes? If not, your other Dr. should review the blood work and the two of you should discuss the risks of taking that med. Otherwise, I would definitely seek another opinion from a primary care or endocrinologist.
