I did it! I did it! (Installing Google chrome had everything to do with it.) Thanks for helping!

I just can't find the way to make this work. I feel stupid admitting it, but I can't get there. With copy and paste, it always tells me "could not find". I hope I'm not missing too much, as I'm not able to view the spreadsheets either. I'll try doing more research later.

I like Victorious Violet's too! O.K., I'm also going to forego getting that last quart of lite egg nog. On Mike and Molly the other night, her Mom's boyfriend said "If there's no booze in it, it's just like drinking pancake batter!" And somehow, I just can't justify drinking pancake batter!

Ha! I thought the same thing when I first heard it!

I use to love putting hand lotion on the earpiece of a telephone, and then dial that extension.

That's cool! I'm going to steal yours for making my workout plans! I like to borrow workout DVD's from the library, just to switch it up. They don't have everything, but enough for me to try new things. If I really like one, then I'll buy it.

Hey all! Just wondering what everbody is doing to gear up for our start date. I think it's great that we have a little prep time before the challenge begins! A few things I've done or am working on- I made a list of big numbers on posterboard with black ink. The top number is my goal weight. The bottom number is todays…

You could always use a couple of drops of food coloring and make them whatever color you want! Not that I'd ever do that, but still.....

To add another- The Ultra-Violets! Hehehe........I haven't had my coffee yet.......going to make some!

Just going to throw out some random names for our team as I think of some- The Incredible Shrinking Violets? (Too lame?)

Right. Just hand over your money, ask no questions, praise the product and no one gets hurt!

Hi! I'm very excited to be a part of this challenge, especially being on the Violet team! I'm 48, female, divorced, no kids- but two big dogs. Today my weight is 165.0 and my goal is around about 130. I started on this journey at over 225 lbs. I think this challenge will be a wonderful motivator! I'm looking forward to…

Hello Everybody! I am so very excited about joining this challenge! My weight has been up and down and all around. Being that I'm 48 years old now, I'm intent on reaching goal and sticking to it. I started out at over 225 lbs., as of now I'm at 165. Goal for me is about 130 lbs. I'm looking forward to using this group for…

I take Walgreen's 1000mg Vitamin C, one per day. Ingredients listed on back of bottle: Ascorbic Acid Microcrystalline Cellulose Corn Starch Crospovidone Hydroxypropyl Cellulose Stearic Acid Magnesium Stearate Silicon Dioxide Don't know if that would help you or not.

Very exciting! I'm sure you will do it! Keep on keeping on!

Read, read, and read some more! Not just the forums, but books! Set up your macro's to what suits you. If in doubt, start with 40/40/20 and tweak from there. Have you tried preplanning your menu's? Once you set your calories goals and your macro's, if you fill out your menu for the week it makes it easier to be your own…

Total indulgence- I love egg nog and have been using it to mix my protein shake! I buy Kroger's Low Fat Egg Nog, but still, I really have to stop it!

Hi! I take Trazadone before I go to bed, and it makes me want to eat everything in the house! One thing I've been doing that helps is making a bedtime snack after I take my meds. I use a half a cup of old fashioned oats (not cooked), an almost heaping teaspoon of peanut butter, and an envelope of Kroger brand Dutch Hot…

I can't stand it when people say "Oh come on, live a little!" I've recently been following that comment up with "No, for me it's die a little sooner, and I don't care to partake." So many people equate 'diet' with vanity, like everyone just does it to look good (or better than them!) I am tired of hearing it, it seems like…

I enjoy it,, and the truth is it's all in the brand. For me, it has to be small curd. I once loved Kroger brand small curd fat free, but they changed something and now it's just yuck! Breakstone's Lowfat is O.K., but I won't pay that price for it. I finally found one I love- Coburn Farms 2% Small Curd sold at Save-A-Lot.…

One movie that has made it's way into traditional Christmas viewing for me- Mixed Nuts with Steve Martin. So stupid, but funny and heartwarming. My new favorite Christmas CD- Christmas With The Rat Pack. You will not be disappointed! An old Christmas tradition (I'm Polish) is the breaking of the Oplatek (Christmas Wafer)…

I lived in a steel mill town for a while and can relate to this. When the steel mill would go on strike, most of the foriegn cars parked in bar and tavern parking lots were vandalised. American cars were not touched.
