No I do not want a sweaty crotch!!! But I have read that wear things like compression suits help to tighten and shape the body while losing weight. So I was wondering if these pants would help, since I don't have the money to buy a compression suit. Thanks everyone for your replies!!

Day 5 Level 1 Complete!!! :bigsmile: I can't believe I made it five days in a row!! Normally I do my workout in the morning before work, but I over slept this morning so I got it in now. I'm super happy about it! Depending on how busy I am tomorrow I might do two workouts, one in the morning and one in the evening.

I get sore just looking at Level 3!! :laugh: But I felt yesterday as if I needed a little more as well, so I finished L1 then went back and did each exercise from L1 for 20secs each. Day 4 Level 1 Complete!! :happy: Today my stomach is what hurts. It hurts to laugh, sneeze, cough, you name it!! :cry: I have noticed that I can do the ab workout better and push ups. Day 3 Level 1 complete!!! I will have to say I didn't get very low with the squats and lunges, becuase my legs hurt way to much and I was affraid I'd lose my balance and fall. Day Two Level One Done!! God, my legs hurt so bad.:cry: I could barely get in the car to come to work, and now I'm walking real funny. I hope this gets better tomorrow. Any tips on how to get the soreness away? I heard as long as I get a lot of protein in my diet it helps. Great job to all! We can do this! 28 days left!!

Day One Level One Complete. 3lb weights. Only did 18 minutes of the video, I woke up late and ran out of time. Did my workout before getting ready for work. Will do 20 min on my treadmill to make up for whatever I missed on the video. Feel great!! 29 days to go!! How do I log it into my exercise journal?

My doctor says I have to lose 130 so I'm with ya there. I lost 40 on my own, a few months back but I still have that 130 to go. I'm also new, you may add me as a friend if you like. :o)
