  • Seeing this makes me sad for myself. My steps a day range from 2000+ to maybe 5000. I need to get some more walking or something in! I don't think I've ever walked 5 miles. Well maybe when I was a teen and didn't have a car. I really need to get more active, any pointers for staying motivated?
  • I haven't measured myself. I guess I need to. Maybe today will be a good day to do so.

  • I am doing 30DS level 2 (everyday) and zumba (eod). Plus I have gone low carb. I hope that I can start seeing more results soon. 30DS is not easy for me due to my weight so hopefully I can burn off some extra calories with after burn. Now that fall temps are starting to set in, I want to go on a nice hike on the weekends.
  • Found a recipe on Pinterest for Cheese Steak stuffed bell peppers. We made it last night and they were delicious!! I plan on making these again! Just had the pepper though, I didn't know what to pair with it.
  • decided to do 30DS level 3 last night....my legs are like jell-o!!! don't like that one very much so i think i'm gonna stick with level 2. I do enjoy that one.
  • Biggest challenge, is myself. Giving in to not doing it because I don't feel like it or whatever! I need to stop that! I have the tools and the knowledge, I just need to get my big butt off the couch!!!
  • I plan on starting 30DS Level 2 tomorrow along with at least 20 mins of Zumba... I would start 30DS on Level 1, but I've never done Level 2 so I think this is a good time to start.

  • TOM is gone so back to shredding! Level 2 complete today. Feeling sore since I haven't done it all week. But hoping to get some more work out time in this afternoon. I didn't do the full 30 in a row but i got very close and I'm still proud of myself.
