My favorite healthy and easy recipe is salsa chicken! It takes no time to prepare, is filling, has tons of protein, and is SUPER yummy. Basically you just throw chicken breasts (any number) into a crock pot, sprinkle with taco seasoning, and coat with salsa. Let cook all day. Shred the chicken an hour before dinner with some forks and then let cook mixed with the salsa for the last hour. Done! YUMMY0

I do something like that with Beef
I use beef round eye round roast that has very little fat. I cut in into 6 inch pieces to fit it in the crock pot then add,
Whole head of garlic chopped
1 Large onion
5 Poblano peppers
1/4 cup lime juice
and 2 cups of low sodium beef broth
Come back at the end of the day and pull it appear
PS if you don't want to chop just add all the ingredients into your blender then pour it over your beef. I get lazy like that. If you don't like very hot food be sure to seed the peppers.
This can be used as tacos, over rice, or in a sandwich0 -
