Scale not changing

I have been doing low carb for three weeks now and then scale hasn't changed. But I do notice my clothing fitting looser. Should I expect a big drop on the scale soon or not?

Are you taking body measurements? If your clothes are fitting looser, something is going right The scale might not show it in pounds. If you want numbers - track your actual measurements. Eventually the scale will drop. 2

I haven't measured myself. I guess I need to. Maybe today will be a good day to do so.1 -
I would measure myself - I'm the same: barely lost any weight, but my clothing feels looser and my belly is receding quite noticeably. The scale is not an accurate representation of your hard work and perseverance
