Fruit on keto?
I'm new to keto so I'm just learning slowly. I thought I read somewhere that fruit was not allowed. I Looove fruit Mostly berries....but can someone clarify what I can and can't have and how often.

Had a donut yesterday ...
And now I can't stop eating sugar. I did a crazy cardio workout this morning to burn off the donut but tonight I had cookies, croissant, Halloween candy... it's coming back all over again. Any advice ?? I have been keto for a little over 2 months and felt amazing

Need some help please. Eating my greens in smoothie form?
I could use some help please. I am trying the high fat low carb diet. I'm not good with eating veggies. I like broccoli, collard greens. My question is can I eat my green veggies like kale and other veggies in smoothie form? I know I'm not supposed to eat alot of fruit so I dont know how this will work. Please help.
