Had a donut yesterday ...

And now I can't stop eating sugar. I did a crazy cardio workout this morning to burn off the donut but tonight I had cookies, croissant, Halloween candy... it's coming back all over again.
Any advice ?? I have been keto for a little over 2 months and felt amazing

    yeah, me too. The craving/hunger goes away after you get back to low-carb.

    Try an egg fast, fat fast or 3-days worth of carnivore keto.
