I prefer a woman but I've had a few male massages as well. It's a different feel. Men's hands are usually bigger and thicker so they work the muscles differently. I'll let a woman work my scalp and face, but not a man - that would be creepy. Preferance is a woman.

I run near home and take my key in my pocket and that's it. I only go for about 25 minutes so I'm never too far away. Thanks everyone for the tips. I'll be looking up those products when I increase my distance.

I haven't tried it but it sure seems live everyone who does likes it a lot. Are you running on your forefoot now w/o the shoes?? I am training myself to run on my forefoot and it's reduced my knee pain a lot.

I think it's really an intuative problem. Where is the force going to be pulling based on the angle between the two forces? What quadrant are the forces in? You don't have all the data, so you don't really need to use an equation to figure it out. If this were a clock, I'm assuming a force at 0 degrees would be pulling…

Jessica should follow Sergeant Sunshine and start lifting weights. It seems like everyone here who's done that has seen good results. Don't worry about toning or cardio. Lift and get stronger. I like the Boca Vegan ones they have at Costco. They are like a food service size and they are a little larger than the ones from the regular market. They taste good. You just gave me a dinner idea! Thanks!

Great Thread. Thanks! The food pushers at my work know not to go there anymore with me. I don't eat meat very much and they do so I started turning it around on them. "No thanks, I don't want any rotting dead birds today" I would say with a smile and walk away. Or "How's that dead cow taste??" It did stop the food pushing…

I often have the Country Italian salad for lunch. It's 380 calories with the dressing. That or 1/2 the lentil wrap sandwich. We get our pellets from a Tack & Feed store in a nearby canyon area. They are sold for use as horse bedding.

Wood pellets huh?? We use those mixed with yesterday's news for our bunnies but never tried it with the cats. Your cats took to it okay?? We use Jonny Cat and just got an email that our local PetMart isn't going to carry it anymore. Our one cat is 19+ years old and we don't want to upset her routine if we can avoid it.

I get this too. When I run and it's below about 42 degrees I get a little thick in my chest. I had a physical therapist tell me not to worry about it, it's just what happens with the cold air and the lungs. My chese clears up after I get back in the house and take a shower and warm up.

My Ex and I divorced in 1994. She took off pregnant with her new baby daddy the day the divorce was final and I never spoke to her again! She called my mom a couple times many years later but I didn't speak with her. So. Reconcile or be civil? No not me.

I choose to drink my sugar in fermented form. Too much will hurt you but a nice glass won't. Zin was my number 1 food on my list for a while :-)

Make a plan and stick to it. Have one beer and a couple tacos and then just drink water. See how it goes. it's sort of a test of will power at that point. If you can't do it, then you know just to say no next time. Eventually you'll have to lead a regular life when your not on a diet and be able to handle these situations.…
