Once you're doing this awhile the hunger will kick back in and you won't have a problem filling calories anymore. Try dumbbell presses. They focus more on the chest than pushups or barbell presses. I swear you will feel it if you've never done them before.

Seems like I remember not being able to lift much when I first started. The gains will come fast if you've never done it before and you stick with it now. Any consistent exercise is progress, so keep at it!

Track every single thing you eat and stay in the green. That's how you do it. Don't get down on yourself if you have one or two bad days. It's the overall that counts.

I'm a mechanical engineer! My favorite class in college was Control Systems Design and Analysis!!!
