@ karen So you think by those calculations if I eat 2000 calories a day, I can still lose? I was thinking about 1700 felt right, but I've just always kinda went by what the doctors say, but they haven't ever told me to eat my calories back. Also when going up in calories how quickly would you suggest?

It doesn't feel like 1360 is too low when it comes to me feeling hungry, but when it comes to working out and being dizzy or never feeling rested it makes me think that is too low. Thanks for the info, I'm going to try to get as much info as I can and probably start upping my calories. Which I guess needs to be done slowly…

@ Sashoi I think you def have enough girls now to start more than one basketball team!!

Bump for later. What I got to see so far, is a bunch of amazing results. Great job Ladies!

I'm not an expert and I'm just 1/3 of the way into it, but I was able to lose 5.5" overall and 3.2 pounds in the first 10 days (9 actually) but counting my calories and doing this workout once a day, every day. The only thing I added was some extra stretching and yoga like once, because I was really sore.

Hey Ladies! Im 25 5'7 and currenly 188 lbs. Started this journey at 298. Not exactly at my goal weight, but making strides to it. Check out my profile pic to see my before and now. Add me if you'd like!

From someone who has been overweight since umm like kindergarten, you can't pick a weight goal that you had once felt comfortable with because well you've never felt comfortable with a weight. The last time I was at my current weight was probably 4th grade and about 7 ish inches shorter. I wouldn't use a BMI calculator…

Is UK sizing suppose to be much different than US sizing? I'm 35'' waist 41'' hips 42'' butt and wear a size 10/12 depending on brand.

If you are looking for a dvd set, try Brazillian Butt Lift. OMG you will feel the exact muscles you're working the whole time! Same thing happened to me, so that's what I'm doing right now.

It all depends in where you've lost the weight from. And hopefully you're not losing lean muscle mass by not exercising. I had points like that when I first started losing weight. I lost 40 pounds and went down 4 sizes then lost 70 lbs and am only down another 2-3 sizes depending on brand. Overall I was a 22-24 and 298…

I didn't read what everyone else has written so this may be a repeat, but I got body wraps 2 times a month for 6 months, and had amazing results. Of course after time of not doing them you can tell, but for me it did wonders for my skin and it's not like it was before. Also after the 6 months of doing them I no longer have…

Not everyone is the same, and trust me I'm not to my goal yet at all, but just to give you an idea. I'm 5'7 and I was 298 pounds at my heaviest and this morning I weighed just below 190. I still have weight to lose, but as of right now the only thing I don't like about my body is my stomach when I suck it in (looks wrinkly…

I've lost a 2 month old horse, and pushing all the red meat we eat in a year.
-
How many days did it take for yall to start seeing results?? Just curious.
-
@ runner2runner. Thanks.. I will be sure to let you know next time.

Definately don't stress over that number! It's just a general idea for the average person with the average frame and the average build. (muscle mass) Not everyone has the average body. Just to give you an idea I'm 5'7 about 190 lbs and have tons of muscle. (more than most guys I know lol) but my BMI reading is 30.1 which…

BUMP FOR LATER!
-
I going to guess its dependent on where you carry your weight. I'm 190 lbs and fit comfortably in a size 12 and my sister is 165-170 lbs and wears a 12-14. I have no hips and butt but she does. My mother wears a 14 and weighs about 30 more lbs than me but her body shape is different than mine as well.

INCLINES WORK GREAT for thighs and glutes. Even just walking up inclines, the longer the stride the more I feel it. This doesn't mean you will necessarily lose "flabby" thighs but you will tighten them and build muscle. (Atleast for me that's how it worked)

If you would like yall can add me, and I will help as much as possible.

Here is a website that may help you out. It's a hydration calculator. http://nutrition.about.com/library/blwatercalculator.htm

LOL AWESOME, thank you! I have seriously had strangers walk up and ask if they could touch my legs..
-
Sometimes I love my legs and sometimes I don't, because I do have a lot of muscle in them. Depending on what I wear it looks funny, like probably will never wear skinny jeans. But I'm good with that.

<On my profile, you can check them out there. It takes photobucket forever for me.

Not the greatest pictures, but just took them at work.
