I understand completely what you are going through. I even feel that I am alone on this too. I tend to lose it, but have to breathe and inhale and exhale. I need an answer to. How can I do it. I can't get exercise in to save my life. Hubby and I have not had date night in four yrs...yes 4 yrs.

Hey everyone, I'm a mom of two boys; 3yr and 2 months. I always need motivation. Seems like I can't find time to exercise at all, so I just want to turn to my favorite soother; food and lots of it. But I am going to try my best to be strong and hang in there.

Okay...I can dig this week challenges. Last week with the friuts and vegs; negative on my end. Just was constantly busy this week. Love the water and really think the 100 workout will be good. I'm going to have to look several up. Good Luck everyone :drinker:

Doing fine on this end. I'm able to get in my water and stay under my calories. Not able to get in as much exercise as I want, but still striving. Glad to hear everyone is doing well. Keep up the great work :drinker:

D2 went well, dranked 10 cups of water. Did alot of cleaning and walking. Hoping for D3 to get in some Zumba and other strength exercises. We are all doing wonderful. Keep up the great work.

DI: I did Zumba, walked, I got 10 cups of water in, and maintained my calorie intake. D2: (just starting for me EST) I plan to walk, strength training, as well as get in my required water intake. We are all off to a great start. Keep up the great work Team :)
