Helloitsdan, i dont think i take 2k steps a day. I sit at the computer alot though. I do walk quite a bit at school. I park in the back of the parking lot so I have to walk a medium route. i walk the halls a bit too. But thats it. lol

rdailey70, your'e awesome lol :) I definitely need to watch my sodium intake as well. I ate Cheez-itz and some Lays today and they weren't even the Baked kind LOL i was sooooooo depressed this morning after stepping on that scale.

Helloitsdan, Wow now I feel like ive really been hard on myself. i thought working out each day was good for me. & what makes it soo bad is that I used to workout 3 times a week and I would lose 2 lbs. Now I decided this week to workout 6 days a week and hardly no weight loss, EPIC fail. lol Thanks :)

garmashields, Yeah I am :(. I just want to lose the weight like I was when I was on Weight Watchers. I was losing like 8 lbs a month Lol.

chlorisaann, i didnt know the exercise setting thing was based on my everyday life. I set it including my exercise Lol Guess ill set it to sedentary then.

garmashields, You dont wanna know what im eating darling LOL Im eating junk food. Ive actually lost weight while I was eating junk food in the past lol Im eating kettle chips, weight watchers mini burgers, eggo waffles, fish sandwiches on wheat bread, things like that.

rdailey70, right I dont even have a job. Im 20 years old and Im a full time student. I spend the day taking notes and I spend the morning at the gym Lol. I exercise 4 times a week though. So should I change my exercise goal to lighlty active or keep it the way it is?

chlorisaann, definitely makes since. I was stuck at a plateau once (for months) and I would calorie cycle basically my calories would vary from 1900-1700 on the days i exercised and back to 1500-1600 on the days i didnt. I lost 4lbs in 2 weeks back then. Im going to stay away from the exercise cals and see how that works.…

chlorisaann, For the days I dont exercise, should I be eating the 1910 cals or eating the 1540 (which is the calorie goal MFP gave me when i put in Sedentary/ No exercise)?

orishp, Ive definitely been double dipping. Honestly, the only reason I started eating back my exercise calories was because so many ppl on here had faith in it, I was hoping it would work 4 me but I dont think it is. There were times when I couldnt even eat all of my exercise calories. I became full it was too many…

ruststar, 1910 cannot be my calorie goal if I do not exercise. That would be too high. When i changed my exercise goal from No exercise, it said 1540 would be my calorie goal.

Thanks dnunny. I see what you mean. At least I lost something this week. It just feels like its going so slow. But I guess slow is the best way. There are alot of fast things people do to lose weight like diet pills, surgery and all. But I want to do everything natural so I will keep pushing.

Thanks so much tmauck4472 . I thought eating back exercise calories would help but when I thought about it, it just defeated my purpose of working out. My thyroid was overactive(hyperthyroid) then I had an Radioactive Idodine treatment to destroy my thyroid. So now i am hypothyroid since most of my thyhroid has been destroyed. Thats why Im taking the thyroid replacement Levothyroxine

Thanks soo much ladies =) . I have always followed the calories MFP has suggested but they didnt really help me lose weight. I read online that if you have a hypothyroid condition you should deduct 200 cal but 500 cal is about the same. Instead of doing 1940 i think i am going to try around 1800 calories OR 1750. I will…

Thanks Guys! Im going to exercise 3 times a week/ 60 minutes during each workout. I will stay with this goal and see what happens.
