Hi Everyone! I'm starting this today in hopes of reaching my goal of 25lbs weight loss ASAP or at least within 12 weeks. Earlier this year I tried another diet that was more of a fad diet without reaching the weight loss I had hope for. What a disappointment after all the eggs & grapefruit I had to eat! I want this to work!
