  • Love Zumba!! My weight trainer suggested to list it under Aerobics, dance, ballet.....tab. Hope this helps!! I think it's best to low ball your calorie burn than list it higher than it possibly is. Therefore, more weight loss than not! Good Luck!

  • Don't beat yourself up over one over day. That is when I find myself having issues. I feel bad like I blew it and I'm a loser and all that other stuff that I say to myself to sabatoge. Just let it go! Just tell yourself that you will get back on it the next day! It will be fine. I love that idea about asking for a to go…
