I'm in! I've been tracking my steps on my Garmin Vivofit2 since January. My hubby got me a iphonewatch for Mother's Day so I've been wearing both to compare. The Vivofit tracks more steps so I'm assuming the iWatch is more accurate? What device do you all use? I need to get at least 10k steps a day. We can do this

Day 1 for me on induction. It was a pretty easy day. Looking forward to quick weight loss without deprivation. Tried the Atkins PB cups...Delish! Looking forward to meeting other Atkins friends:)

Hi! I just restarted Medifast 3 days ago. Hated the Mac & Cheese too but I have a few boxes left. I soaked mine for about 4 hours then heated. Added 1 laughing cow lite cheese wedge and 1 Tbsp. of salsa. It was actually okay for the first time. So this is what I would recommend to doctor up the Mac & Cheese. Good luck:)

I just started induction this week. Day 3 for me and doing ok so far. I will be happy to join the challenge. I would love to lose 15-20 lbs. by the 31st. Feel free to take a look at my diary and make any suggestions to help me do this right. Love this plan:)
