For the past year I have taken the lose slowly and not be starving route and it's frustrating that it's taken me a year to lose just under 30 lbs, however my reasoning was that I want to do something that is going to be sustainable long term. For what it's worth :)

I'm just afraid that if I go up to 2,000 cal I'll gain. I've been losing 1/2 lb-2lb a week at 1490 (although to be fair I pretty much do whatever I want on the weekends, hence doing a nutritional jump start).

Weight Watchers USED to operate by giving people a range of calories for the day. When they switched to this system of having the "bank" for the week, I think what happened is they set everyone at the lowest amount of calories for the day, and the extra (what used to be the range) is now a weekly bank. Have you looked at the types of things you're eating? Changing the types of things you eat usually can make the food last a lot longer. For example, 200 calories of something high in protein will keep you full a lot longer than like 200 calories worth of bread.

I don't know! Hah. Usually you can type in excersise on here and it tells you how many calories you burned baised on weight.

I do quite a variety because I get bored easily :) I like to do a few days a week at the gym. For cardio I will do 10 min of normal pace on the elliptical, then 10 min of sprints, where I sprint (or move at a vary quick pace I guess) for 30 seconds, rest for 15, and so on. NOFX in Seattle last month! It was so awesome to see them play a club show finally (been a fan since 2002, but have only seen them once at Warped Tour). Eric Melvin played a 20min accordion solo at the end. It was hilarious.
