My plan is to do 100 jumping jacks & strength training (squats,crunches,side reaches, modified push-ups) 3x a week Drink 8 glass of water & Try not go over my 1200 limit

no too sure but you can just watch what you eat, dont eat junk even if its within your calorie range. i would say do some upper body part exercises (strength training).

Personally, i eat whatever i like but in a small portion. Whenever i log anything i eat and its over my calorie limit, i make sure i burn the extra calories by exercising. That's the way i make it fun for me because i can still eat what i like and exercise it off to reach my daily limit. For cardio, i do zumba or just…

switch up your workouts , do something different every day that you work out to trick your body. it's like taking meds, once you're used to it then its not as effective.

Thanks all What if I do cardios 3 times a week and strength 3 times a week with a free for myself [sunday], would it still help my body burn more fat and get more muscles? or do i actually have to do strength training the same day as cardio?

i know exactly what you mean but think about it, once they start showing their true colors then you'll know who was genuinely your friend from the start. Sometimes you just gotta let people go or they will bring their negativity into your life. Other than that, dont worry about them you're doing great and you've worked too…

Thanks ! Now it makes sense but u find it hard to eat exactly 1200 without exercise, I usually have 60 or less remaining, is that still bad?

Best news I ever heard lol. I've been working out and still eating under my calorie goal (no wonder why ive been starving) . My question is does it matter if I work out now or after reaching my weight loss goal?
