Caloric intake question
Help me out please. If my caloric intake is 1500 (already at a deficit) and let's say I burn 500 calories, Do I have to consume the calories I burned since I was already at a deficit? I'm a little lost.

BMR + CALORIE INTAKE
I have a question I calculated my BMR on http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ and using the sedentary activity level, my BMR is 2070. If i take my (BMR) 2070 - 1200 (DAILY INTAKE) = 870 DIFFERENCE Now if i take 870 (difference) x 7 (days) = 6090 cals Wouldn't 6090 (cals) divided by 3500 (that equals to 1 pound) = 1.7 lbs…
