Net calorie help
Hi all My calorie intake is around 1200 but Im always under my goal. I don't work out everyday and when I do Im always under my goal. My net calorie is 170 under my weekly goal. Is that bad? I'm confused

Scale suggestions
Hello all I was wondering if you guys can give me some suggestions on what scale i should buy? Some scales are not accurate enough and some just don't work after a while. What are some good brands and where did you purchase it?

How do you discipline yourself?
I don't know about you all but I like to plan what I'm going to eat the next day on MFP in order to stay on track. That's the only way I can discipline myself. So let me know, What works for you? Happy losing :) xoxo
