Rollover Calories

Hey all

I usually eat all of my calories but some days, I usually have some left (usually on workout days)

My question is, if I have leftover calories can I just use those for my cheat day?

Example:
I missed 100 cals Monday
30 Tuesday
200 Thursday

In total that's 330 calories , so lets say Saturday is my cheat day
I'll just add 330 calories extra + the calorie intake i'm allowed for Saturday

That should still give me results right? It sounds simple but I'm not sure if my loss for the week will differ.

I woul just try to make sure your "cheat day" doesnt go over what your maintinance calories would be. Try to never eat over that so you enver put yourself in gain mode. I mean, if you eat over your cals once a month or less oh well, but if you are planning a cheat day, I wouldnt go over mantinance ever.

Yes, you can do that. I'm currently at maintenance, and I look at my weekly summary. I eat whatever calories I'm under.

Nothing at all wrong with that.

I regularly eat under my goal throughout the weekdays and then go 500 or more over on Saturday/Sunday. I still posted a 1.6lb weight loss a couple of weeks back after a week that included a 5400 calorie Saturday.
