Hi all
I have a huge problem, i hate drinking water!!! I would start drinking it and stop because i just dont like it [bad, i know]. I've tried drinking it cold or warm, i still dont like it. Recently i tried the deer park sparkling water with lemon and i've been doing great so far. My question is, is there a difference? Does it matter if i drink the sparkling water or plain water? Let me know :)

Look at whats in it. If it is just water with lemon and carbonation it should do the trick for you. i still would sneak some good old water in now and then. Drink it in a small glass quick like a shot. Not all of us like shots but we still do them so do a shot of water. Kind of a boring drinking game but heck if it works.

    Humm you look familar lol

Current evidence doesn't support needing to drink actual water to maintain your hydration. You can get your water from a variety of sources and it will be fine. The things to watch out for are not taking in too many calories with your drink (eg soda/fizzzy drinks) and avoiding taking in too many diuretics (eg caffeine and alcohol) which will make you lose more water tha you need to.

I hydrate myself through most of the day with Rooibos (Redbush) tea. it's about finding something which works for you.
