Love my Wii Fit! It got me completely hooked on Yoga, which I do daily but have outgrown the Wii Fit Yoga and moved on. But still use it for running, boxing and step aerobics. My son and I also do several of the dance games for extra calorie burns and fun. Plan to purchase the Black Eyed Peas Experience soon.

Don't give up hope. You already know that nothing is instantaneous and that if you are following your doctor's directions, you are doing all you can. Just keep in there and you will eventually see those pounds dropping off.

Don't beat yourself up about it, just keep trudging on. Just a suggestion: A great way to stay on track is to make your food the day before. Plan each meal and snack and make them the evening before. Even if you just put the ingredients for the meal in a baggie and pop it in the cupboard or fridge. This way, when you are…
