Restarting over with Week 4 when I got my new scale… Week 4 August 12 140.6 – new scale Week 5 August 19 138.2 (-2.4 lbs, -3 inch) (total -2.4 lbs, -4.5 inch) This is the most I have lost in a week in a very long time!! Thank you! I am trying really hard this time and hopefully it will last a long time. I just ate dinner and only went like 90 calories over my total calories for the day. I am so tired :yawn: I am thinking of laying down for a while and then getting some exercise.

So one of my coworkers just offered ice cream and I really really wanted a oreo flurry but I declined. I figured that I will have some extra calories after dinner that I can have some strawberry shortcake with angel food cake for a lot less calories and get some more fruit in. Yippie for staying strong!!!:bigsmile:

I just had my afternoon snack...100 calorie Orville Redenbacher's popcorn. Delicious...everyone that came in the office wanted some. lol. On my second 24 oz bottle of water right now.:drinker:

I am out to a really slow start but I have 12 oz to go and am hoping for 96 oz.

That is great that you are in a groove of working out on a daily basis. I am finally in a groove of eatting healthy so once I continue with this for another week or so I will start with the exercise.

So today went really well. I went on a 5.5 Mile bike ride this morning burning almost 300 calories. I ate healthy all day and stayed within my calories. I even went for a 1/2 mile walk tonight with my fiance. I even picked up a personal sized blender with a to-go cup at Walmart and I am so excited to use it in the morning!…

So I am loving the new scale that I purchased, I am really seeing results of my hard work (yes I am a scale addict). I am getting ready to eat breakfast and then get a great workout in! I just hope that I can stick with my good eatting and exercising habits this week!

I think it is totally understandable to call the hostess and ask what is being served. It would be no different if you had a food allergy and wanted to know what was being served. That is great that you were ablet to go for a walk.

I am hoping that next week after TOM and after eatting healthy and exercising for 1 full week that I will see a difference on the scale. I just bought a new scale and it shows me heavier by 1.6 pounds but I am going to use this scale because it is digital and I feel that it will show even my littlest losses.
