What to add to yogurt?
So I am struggling with the amount of calories that are in my yogurt and the granola that I had to it. I can’t eat regular yogurt due to an allergy. Strengthen lower back

HRM vs. Machine calories burned
So I have a Polar HRM with my user settings entered. I worked out for an hour on an arc trainer and my HRM says I burned 344 calories. Milk in my Cereal
So I pour 1/2 cup of milk in my cereal every morning but there is a lot left over in the bowl when I am done with the cereal. Should I log less milk in my food log?

Obsession with the scale
So I have read so many posts stating to only weight yourself once a week or every few weeks. And I totally understand this...but I can't help myself getting on the scale every single morning. How do I kick the habit? Please help!

Calories during the day

Too much fat and protein
So I have been staying within my calories but going way over on my fat and protein. How do you stay within the requirements for fat and protein and eat all of your calories? I ate 25 grams of protein too much today. Any ideas would be great!!
