    Absolutely you may join. I have pasted the weigh in schedule that we are following. Weigh in is on Wednesday but you may change the dates and weigh in when is convenient for you.

    Thanks so much!! I am excited to go on this journey with all of you. I find that I am much better at eating right and logging everything if I have people to be accountable to.

    Hey everyone! My goal is to lose 30 lbs by Dec 31st and this challenge/thread almost seems godsent! :laugh: I started my healthy lifestyle on May 15th and have been going strong ever since. I've gone from 186 to 166, lost three pants sizes, and even a bra size! :bigsmile: I've never been so proud of myself in my entire life! I love MFP and got so used to keeping a count of my calories on the site, and then in my head, that I rarely log my meals anymore. I believe that I can do this and I look forward to having you guys there for motivation as we tackle this challenge together! :drinker:

    Hi everyone. I lost a pound this week. With each pound I lose, I feel 10 times better than the week before. :tongue: I'm moving to a new house next weekend which should give me loads of extra excerise. I love my new body for the first time in 10 years. I have gone from a size 9/10 to a 3/4. I feel wonderful and proud.

    And you definitely should be proud of yourself. Congratulations. I love going into a new size of clothing. When I started on June 9th I wore a tight size 22 and now I'm a size 18. Do you know what that means? I wear normal sized clothing!!! It feels good to go down in clothing sizes eh? Woo Hoo :bigsmile:

    Thanks for the welcome! I will go drink more water, and I just finished 90 minutes of exercise. I guess getting up at 3 am because I can't get back to sleep has it's advantages. :laugh:

    Well if today is your rest day then that is fine...enjoy the movie but remember to be aware of what you are eatting. There is nothing wrong with bring popcorn from home in your purse :laugh:
