Absolutely you may join. I have pasted the weigh in schedule that we are following. Weigh in is on Wednesday but you may change the dates and weigh in when is convenient for you.

Hey everyone! My goal is to lose 30 lbs by Dec 31st and this challenge/thread almost seems godsent! :laugh: I started my healthy lifestyle on May 15th and have been going strong ever since. I've gone from 186 to 166, lost three pants sizes, and even a bra size! :bigsmile: I've never been so proud of myself in my entire life! I love MFP and got so used to keeping a count of my calories on the site, and then in my head, that I rarely log my meals anymore. I believe that I can do this and I look forward to having you guys there for motivation as we tackle this challenge together! :drinker:

Hi everyone. I lost a pound this week. With each pound I lose, I feel 10 times better than the week before. I'm moving to a new house next weekend which should give me loads of extra excerise. And you definitely should be proud of yourself. Congratulations. I love going into a new size of clothing. When I started on June 9th I wore a tight size 22 and now I'm a size 18. Thanks for the welcome! I will go drink more water, and I just finished 90 minutes of exercise. I guess getting up at 3 am because I can't get back to sleep has it's advantages. :laugh:0

It's great. Several months ago when my boss said he was up to 215 (and he's significantly taller than me) I thought to myself, "I weigh more than he does, and I'm a girl, that's just not right" - so now...I weigh less. yay!

I am having my normal for lunch today. 3 cups of lettuce with Radishes and a piece of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. My favorite part of the salad is the dressing. It is Kraft Light Raspberry Vinaigerette. YUMMY!!!

Today it's a santa fe chicken salad from Sonic w/no dressing. I love that salad and it tastes soooo good w/out dressing!!!
