So I have been staying within my calories but going way over on my fat and protein. How do you stay within the requirements for fat and protein and eat all of your calories? I ate 25 grams of protein too much today.
Any ideas would be great!!

Don't worry about going over on protein. The protien requirements on this site are a little low and there's no problem with going over the limit. With fat, you need to differentiate between good fats and bad fats. If you're over because of unsaturated fats (from things like nuts, avocado, peanut butter, or other vegetable based foods), as long as you're within your calorie limits don't worry about it. These are essential fats and are necessary for a healthy diet. You do need to limit saturated fats (essentially animal fats or processed foods).

The best way to control your fat and protien levels is to eat a diet that is heavy on vegetables, fruit, lean protien and multigrains and limit sugar, and processed/fast foods. So, basically, follow the food pyramid......

    Hope this helps.
