If you have the app for your phone when you go to log your food you can click on the bar code on the screen in the corner and your camera on your phone will scan the bar code on the box/bag of food that you are eating and it automatically logs the food. It is fantastic and you don't have to search for the food.

I love this idea. I am going to be walking and on the elliptical. My goal is going to be 100 miles and hopefully I pass that up very quickly!!!

Thanks for all of the responses! I am definitely going to continue with the testing and begin my weight loss journey. I feel that because it is affecting my health so much that I will be able to stick with it this time.

I feel the same exact way. I now have about 75 pounds to lose. I feel like I am constantly starting over. I have good days where I am making all the right choices and then the bad days where I am eating everything that I can find. I finally realized that I need to do this for me. Feel free to add me.

Since I have started back up and have been trying to drink more water I am constantly up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. My sleep is terrible.

There are no teachers near my classroom to "watch" my kids for a quick moment. The bathroom is all the way at the front of the building. I teach 2nd graders so they can not be left alone. When I taught middle school I was able to leave them during warm up and run to the bathroom.
