I had a bad weekend and I too, am up .4 lbs. You move on. Stay strong. 2 steps forward and one step back, is still a step in the right direction. Just remember this feeling when you are tempted.

I remember seeing that when I started and thinking I would never reach that. One of my biggest victories was when I realized the weights I had grown used to seeing had come and gone 20 lbs ago.

I used to drink soda like crazy, but I like Diet Coke. It's not the sugar that's the issue there, but the sweeteners and their effect on making you hungrier and screwing up your body chemistry. I do drill team and obstacle courses as part of my unit at Shriners Conventions. I've noticed a BIIIIG difference in my abilities from last year. I can hoss myself around a lot better on tight turns and the bike jumps out on the straight aways giving me better times. To the OP- Happy for you, brother.

I highly suggest you alott more time for the traffic getting into the area.The past events they ran in Darlington were poorly run and had issues.
