I'll join. Day two today. Hit 71% fat, 25% protein and 4% carb with my dinner tonight accounted for. I've lost a lot with the eat less/move more method, but have completely stalled since March-ish. Need something new to get back at it. Been reading The Obesity Code, makes a lot of sense.

Seems MC accidents are common. I hit a deer on mine in August, totaling my bike. Spinal fracture, wrist fracture and a severely sprained ankle. Hurt like hell for 2 months, used a cane to get around, but now only my ankle hurts. Slowly getting back out there walking at work. Steps are still tough.

I'm impulsive. The only way I get around that is maintaining a routine and planning ahead. Works....most of the time!

I'm at 135 today. I was doing well before, but forgot to log my calories because I was busy all day. Lost ALL motivation and fell off the wagon.

I got locked down on my plan. Today was 129 days of logging my meals. 34#'s down. Had some stagnation from 02/06-04/16. I like to drink scotch, but I find a direct correlation to drinking and not losing weight.

This is what I do for the most part and it works and is a lot cheaper than going out for lunch. I also will buy lo-cal premade lunches (boo sodium) for 10/$10. Love 'em.

It's better than the alternative, I guess. I'm not looking forward to it either, but lifting weights and skin creams can help mitigate the issue.

Careful watching the Biggest Loser. Their methods aren't healthy, they manipulate the contestants and the results and you'll find yourself getting discouraged when you work your *kitten* off and don't drop 12 lbs in a week like they do on the show.

I'm doing my best to eat clean as well. I've developed a love for avocados, recently. I have a protein shake for lunch that has sodium polyphosphate in it, that's about the worst I do during the day and that's just an emulsifier. Just trying to stick to as few ingredients as possible and eating fresh fruits and veggies.
