  • I actually just finished day 2. It's hard with work and the kids to fit workouts like this in but like you said, it's only 25 minutes and builds up a good sweat. Good luck and whatever you do, just keep hitting play! Even a tired half into it workout is better than no workout at all.
  • Personally I saw go for it. Your body will tell you if it's too much when/if your to sore to run right. Haha! I started insanity today myself and i will admit it's pretty freaking intense, i love it!
  • Funny, I just started it today myself. One heck of an eye opener thats for sure! Good luck!
