  • I wouldn't be so hard on yourself.... take a short brisk walk or a workout video if it will make you feel better. I always allow myself a 'cheat day' if there is a special occasion or something- and then just get back on track the next day! You can try to make up for it if you want... but I would just end up splurging…
  • I have been a member of Curves, and I really loved it! I would rejoin now, but I can't afford too- however- it is worth the money! It almost seems too easy to really be doing any good, but as long as you treat it like a workout, you will see a difference! I think they may be adding new features too- to make it even more…

  • I really really want a Wii, but since money is tight- I am planning on breaking out my Dance Dance Revolution! It has a 'workout' mode that tells how many calories you burn. I know this didn't answer your question, but I thought it might help with other ideas! :flowerforyou:
