yeah this, I'm an ex soldier and can't stand being late to anything. the fact that he makes you wait is a huge sign of disrespect and possibly manipulation. it really does sound like he is stringing you along.

I'm with you here, I really need to cut back but I'm not giving it up. I used to use beer to get my exercise calories back, now some nights I use it as a meal replacement and that doesn't seem to be as helpful.
