Start lifting heavy things to shape and sculpt your body. I have a long ways to go but when I switched from almost all cardio to more heavy lifting the pounds didn't come off as quick but the inches did. I'm with you on the extra skin thing and with time and lot6s of lifting and water I'm hoping that changes

I have one of those, it's great. except I make dinner sometimes and one of us does dishes while the other put's the kids to bed. so we have more time to talk about our stressful days. well at least that how it was before we had to live apart so she could finish school while work out of state to pay the bills while she does…

Budget cuts have made it so we can't have a school resource officer anymore. budgets are cut to the point in some places we can no longer provided needed services to all the students.

The same thing I do every weekend I get to see my family. play with my kids and get drunk with my wife after they do to bed. that and I'd eat more bacon, I would really miss bacon. there better be bacon in hell or I'll be pissed

There are now words to describe this awful situation, my heart goes out to that community. we won't know the full impact of this for a few days. I really hope there are no copy cats, or crazies that try to one-up this tragedy with more violence
