  • Horrible Zumba teachers...isn't Zumba supposed to involve dancing? (Rhetorical question.) I had a GREAT Zumba teacher at my old gym...my new one, I left her class 30 minutes in. It was horribly boring :(
  • I don't weigh myself. I just happened to one day because I was calculating how much I needed to eat. I just...don't see or feel any changes (besides getting stronger, which rocks.) It's all mental. Slow & steady.

  • I have a really hard time getting my calories. I barely ate 1500 yesterday. Any tips to HEALTHILY up my calories? (Does that make sense?) I could eat the extra 200/400 in carbs lol...but I'd rather not. This nutrition, proper eating stuff is hard work lol. I also have a hard time hitting my protein.
