yes, i do use for some other cardio, only as of a few months ago as i couldnt find another shoe i liked specifically for cardio (like kickboxing) Still on a search for that as well.

The shoes are 1.5 years old, but i have only worn them to run less than 10 times i would say. There really isnt any wear and tear. My previous running shoes were Nikes, and I had the same pain. Ill see if there is a running coach in my area, thank you!

yes, i went to a running shoe store and they video taped me on a treadmill and recommended my shoes for me. i love them. i wear them for other exercised besides running (cardio only) because of how comfortable they are. Its not the shoes, its me! haha

The nutrition guide tells me to eat like 2100 calories, i cannot eat that much. First time i did insanity i ate 1800, this round im at 1700 (my TDEE-20% is like 1660 but i am slowly bringing myself down) We'll see what happens

I've been a member of my gym for two years and have been too scared to go in the free weight area. I'm meeting a trainer tomorrow to learn basic weight lifting techniques and hope to soon be the girl in the weight room.

I am always under my sodium! I've tried to cut out so many foods to see what makes me bloat (dairy/gluten/apples which def make me bloat) and I can't seem to figure it out.

Gotcha, I always go over my carbs. ALWAYS. and I think im either carrying a lot of water weight or bloat, but i also drink 8-10 cups of water a day so idk what it is. Need to cut down on carbs. I'm already over today (but today was not a typical day)

I have about the same problem. I am about 120-122lbs 5'5" and my belly sticks out a tiny bit and i feel like my thighs still have a good amount of fat on them. I didnt understand before either. I am doing the TDEE-20% method and I have been for months. I WAS eating them back (didnt know/was hangry) and i did not gain any weight. i also did not LOSE much either. I just started recently not eating them back (unless i am absolutely starving) and we'll see how that goes?
