I'm 5'7 and at 140 pounds, I'm hoping to get back to 115 thats how much I weighed before I got married. But I'll be happy if I can at least get 125. I'm sure my husband would be happy too! Haha

I would love to lose 20 pounds! But I am only hoping to lose 15 as to not set my hopes too high I'm in need of some encouragement i have been slacking. If anyone would like to add me I would appreciate the encouragement.

I would like to workout with my husband but he is more into weight lifting, and I am more into cardio. So we usually end up at the gym together but working out separate. We have been talking about starting crossfit classes together pretty soon, I think taking classes together is the only way we can actually workout together
