Thanks everyone. I will try and change my workouts a little more frequently, learn what exactly macros mean and perhaps try to increase my calories slightly... Im deathly afraid I will gain this weight back.

I dont typically eat back all of my exercise calories. Occasionally I may eat 100 to 200 more over my limit of 1640. I will check one of the calculators. I weigh myself on Monday morning at the same time. No clothes. I used Monday because it really gives me incentive to not binge eat on the weekend. I know on Monday morning I want that scale to give me a lower number than last week!
