  • I am currently on week 9 of C25K. 30 minutes without any breaks seems hard to do, but I'm working on it! Whatever you do, don't give up. You will be amazed at how far you can come in 9 short weeks. I remember running for one MINUTE was hard for me. Now I can run for one MILE no problem. Hang in there and have fun with it…
