I did the exact same thing - I don't think there are enough cooldown stretches, particularly for the legs so I spend about 5 minutes cooling down my thighs and calves at the end once the DVD cooldown has finished. Don't be discouraged...as everyone has already said, weigh once a week (maximum!) and always weigh at the same time of day. I love Peppermint tea and for a treat, I occasionally have a Maxwell House sachet (cappuccino) - they give a little something that ordinary coffee doesn't :)

Remembering that the water in your food, other drinks also counts towards this :) Saying that, I tend to keep a bottle on my desk and add just a little bit of squash to it to make it taste a bit sweeter. I also substitute cups of tea / coffee for fruit or peppermint tea which are a bit more refreshing and good for you...
