  • Thank you for finding that article. Every report I've read online that used real science always came to the that exact conclusion. If it's a water based liquid (juice, tea, soda, etc...) it counts as water. Never was there anything in these reports about adding extra water for each caffinated drink.

  • Naked women have stretch marks? Since when? When I reach that point the analytical part of my brain has lost enough blood that all I see is once glorious naked whole. Honestly though if a guy is naked with a lady and he's finding flaws then he's a fool and deserves whatever punishment she hands out.
  • I'm a big scifi & fantasy reader. I loved The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings trilogy but could not get into anything else Tolkien wrote. I like Koontz's early work. Phantoms, Lightning and Watchers were all good books in my opinion. King the same way, early stuff good, later stuff just writting for a check. And I could…

And if the amount to be refunded was more than $250 you'd have to wait 7 to 10 days to get your money back…

  • Most of the food I use in cooking has both volume and weight information listed for the serving size and I always go with the weight information. Measuring anything but a liquid by volume is pretty inaccurate. Loose ingredients tend to settle alot. The size of the cut on vegetables will make a huge difference as well. So…

  • Understand, all we're really doing is estimating anyway...even with an HRM, and food labels. However, estimating and being accountable to a number is much more effective than disregarding the numbers in the first place. You're right about everything being an estimate. The FDA allows a 20% descrepancy in the numbers on food…
