I totally have some major ups and down like this. And often during work or the middle of the day I have all this excitement to get home jump on the bowflex or go for a jog and then something stupid happens before the end of work and I resort to my F it mood. Even when I know burning off some steam will help me feel better…

I am in the US, and I def. am even disgusted with some of my own diet. I love fresh veggies and fruits and organic noodles, granola, etc but often they are so pricey! Do you have any wallet friendly options you guys have found? Anything online, etc?
