Sugar from fruits and vegetables isn't really the same as the sugar you are putting in your coffee, but this site puts them all under the same category. I was a good 75 pounds overweight when I started and it has always had me at 1200 calories. So it might be the same for her.

It has never alotted me more than 1200, but I started at a lower weight. I am not sure how it comes up with the numbers, but it is perfectly healthy. Just maybe try out some different foods and try to find some that are healthy and filling, so that you don't get as hungry.

I have to disagree with those who said eating healthy is cheaper. Just compare the cost of hamburger, or regular ground turkey vs. lean ground turkey. I think the percentage is way off, cause I know that I have tried losing by just eating healthy many times and have never been able to. If you like sweeter popcorn, kettle corn is also typically a bit healthier than regular butter popcorn. My husband and I share a bag almost every day for a snack after dinner.

My cousin said something like this to me just a few weeks ago, that women either lose weight to keep a man or get a new one.
